one m620 virtual adapter shows unmapped and cannot map back
i got 2 m620 in a vrtx but one m620 slot2 virtual adapter is showing as unmapped. under action its only giving option to unmap and no map option
any idea? as a result one blade is unable to see the strorage

Hello
Make sure that a virtual disk is mapped to that virtual adapter. Review the steps for mapping a virtual adapter in the CMC guide to make sure something was not missed. It starts on page 192:
