power consumption during normal operation

Dear All,

please help my problems as the following :

1. in the catalog and manual for DELL PRECISION R5500 power consumption is about 1023 W at 100 - 120 VAC, my question is how big the power consumption in normal operating for this series ?

2. in the catalog and manual for DELL POWEREDGE R710 power consumption is 570 W or 870 W, my question is how big the power consumption in normal operating for this series ?
