poweredge 1800 64-bit

I have a poweredge 1800.  it has one processor with the following specs:

Name   Intel Xeon
 Codename  Irwindale
 Specification  Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU 2.80GHz
Package (platform ID) Socket 604 mPGA (0x0)
 CPUID   F.4.3

A program called CPU-Z says this processor is capable of EM64T capable which I thought meant it can run 64 bit OS.  The poweredge 1800 ads I found online say it is 64-bit capbable, but when I go into OMSA it says the the processor is not capable of 64-bit.

Why does it say that?

Thanks.

It's possibly that OMSA is detecting that you're running a 32-bit version of Windows.

I don't think there's an option to turn EM64T on or off in the bios; it's always on (unlike VT on newer servers, which does have an option to be turned on or off), but you could check the bios for the processor settings.
