If you actually DELETED it, then no. The only thing you can do is called a retag, where you go through and configure RAID with the EXACT same settings as it previously had (size, stripe size, etc.). You MUST first disable Fast Init under Objects, and you MUST not initialize the array after creation.
If you maybe didn't delete it an it is just missing, boot to CTRL-M, Configure, View/Add ... if you are prompted between Disk and NVRAM, choose Disk, then save on exit.
