Unfortunately I don't see the R620 supporting that specific drive, which is part of the S4600 series. I do see that the R620 does support the R4500 series though, such as part XCN15 (1.9TB 512e SATA SSD).
Now I am not seeing the drive, so I am not saying that the drive you listed won't work, it just isn't listed on the supported drives, so it is untested. So you can always try and see, I just can't guarantee any type of functionality, as it is just based on trial and error
