Backup software for Citrix Xen Server servers

Hi Guys.

Currently we are using Backup Exec 2010 to backup our Xen Server 6.5 virtual machines, running on 2 Dell R510 servers.

The problem is that Backup Exec 2010 no longer supports recent versions of windows, like windows 8 and 2012.

That said, we need to update our Backup tool.... the problem is that the recent version of Backup Exec (15, I guess) does not support grannular recovery of machines or full host backup with Citrix, among other features. They only support VMWare or Hyper-V....

Does Dell have some similar software that provides the same features as Backup Exec?
