Broadcom Nic driver for Windows 2000 advance server

I have a PE 2650 running Windows 2000 Advance Server SP4.  I am in the process of updating the BIOS, firmware and drivers.  All the updates went well beside the Broadcom driver.  I download it from Dell website selecting Windows 2000 as my operating system.  When I try to update the driver, I get an error indicating that the driver does not support the current operating system.  I am trying to upgrade the driver from 7.80 to 7.100.  Can anyone please explain to me why this is happening?  I read the manual and it say Windows 2000 Advance server as on of the operating system.  I have no problem upgrading the server running Windows 2000 standard edition.
