You need to repair the 2008 boot loader - you cannot boot 2008 from 2003's ndldr. This is for Vista and XP, but will work for 2008 and 2003 ...

And to add to theflash1932, when setting up a dual boot, always install the older OS first, and only then install the newer OS (not the other way around like you did).

The Server 2008 came back with the easyBCD tool.
But for the server 2003, it prompted with \NDLTR could not be loaded status:0xC000000f.
