Enabling Gigabit Option with Broadcom NIC's and Win NT 4

Hi,

I recently installed NT 4.0 on a new PE2650 using the v7.3 of the Server Administrator. Everything installed fine and everything looked OK. I copied some files over (about 40MB) and it was very slow. Curious I checked the properties of the NIC's and I saw that there was no option for enabling 1000Mbs only for 10 or 100. The unit is hooked up to a Dell 5224 switch so the NIC should be able to negotiate to that speed. Is there something I else I have to do?
