F6 USB prep utility - does not work
I'm trying to prep USB key for installing the system on my poweredge. Downloaded the utility (A07), added proper storage driver package according to manual. When I try to prepare it using USB key (512 MB) I just got the message: error processing command line parameteres. When I tried to execute makeimage dd.cfg I got error 42 message. Please help!

Yep, use the A00 version, that one works every time.
Please note, you may have to edit the 'scsi' section of the inf file for your particular driver; read the readme for your os/driver version.

With the newer version, I have found removing the volume name helps.

Thanks for tip - removing the volume name (and flipping the write protection switch on my USB drive to on and then back off) did the trick for me!
