How to Repair Windows 2003 Server on PE 2950

We are having following Error prompt on one of our PE 2950 server hosting critical Database services. Following is the Error Text appearing:

Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE

Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt

\windows\system32\config\system

You can attempt to repair this file by starting windows setup using the original setup CD-ROM Select R at the first screen to start repair

We tried to boot with OS DVD but it was unable to find any drives. Are here any RAID Drivers available for this server model?

or any way to repair. please suggest....
