How to install Remote Access Controller (RAC) Service

On my PowerEdge 2650 Win 2003 server I have trouble getting Console redirect

to remotely manage/control/vew the Windows server desktop in GUI mode to work.

 

It works in the text-mode when it starts-up.

 

So after a lot of digging around I figured out that I seem not to have the

RAC VNC Service

Remote Access Controller (RAC) Service

and other services installed to be able to see the GUI in graphics mode from my remote management

WEB-based Java gui.

 

But I can't figure out where/how to install those services.

 

When I try the Dell OpenManage diagnostic tests, I get this error:

 

Internal Error: Unable to access the RAC device. Please make sure the RAC component is installed correctly and the services are running. If the problem persists, quit all nonessential applications using the device and run the test again.

 

 

I have also downloaded the

Dell CD ISO - Installation and Server Management ISO file and installed the

management system from there ,but I still don't get the services in place.

 

How do I get these installed?
