Inaccessible boot device when install W2K server on NEW power Edge 2950 ?

Question

HI   Bought a new PE 2950, came with  2 X 136GB , 2 Network card. I have used the Dell Open Assistnt CD enter the details and so on. Selected NO for utility partition. then Selected W2k OS, then system loading staretd, Inserted W2k server CD when Prompted. Finaly clicked on finish , then the system rebooted.   Installation of W2K started and loaded system files, drivers etc. THEN STOPPED AND CAME UP WITH BLUE SCREEN ERROR  'Inaccessible_Boot_Device'.   Could any one please guide me what I am doing wrong. Urgent Please help

An inaccessible boot device usually means the right driver isn't installed for the raid controller.
