Kernel Panic PowerEdge 610

Hello Everyone,

We've ran into a kernel panic on one of our PowerEdge 610's and see the panic below. After restart when I try to run omreport storage controller I get no controllers are found. I tried to restart the OM services but it has not helped. Does this appear to be an issue with the controller itself?

We are running CentOS 5.4 (with redhat-release changed to Redhat's) with the  2.6.18-164.15.1.el5 #1 SMP Wed Mar 17 11:30:06 EDT 2010 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux kernel.

Thanks,

Nick

Reinstalling OM has fixed the issue. If anyone can help our on the kernel panic, I would appreciate it!

As Dell doesn't support CentOS, I'd call CentOS support, create a case and work with them to analyze the kernel panic.

If it seems to be hardware, Dell PowerEdge support should be available at that point to look at the hardware that's being suspected of being at fault.
