M620: random function kernel panic

Hi everyone,

I'm new in the forum. I've just received frommy boss 5 Dell M620in a M1000e chassis and now I'm configuring it.

Our cluster is based on debian. I'm in troubles during boot: the first problem was the bnx2x firmware out of date but I've fixed it, now the boot stops after giving random init pool. I'm trying to customize a kernel for proper booting. Someone experienced the same problem? Hint for proceed?
