NetShield

Hi all,

I hope this is the right place to post this question! Were running NetShield on Win 2000 but it keeps disabling itself, i think it is to do with the error:

Source: McLogEvent           Event ID: 5051

A thread in process C:\Program Files\Network Associates\NetShield 2000\Mcshield.exe took longer than 30000 ms to complete a request.
The process will be terminated. Thread id : 3372 (0xd2c)
