Network Driver on PowerEdge 600SC running XP Pro

Question

I have an older dell server, PowerEdge 600SC, that I just installed windows XP Pro on.  All this machine is really going to be used for is to play host to our Filezilla ftp site.  Now XP installed just fine, however I cannot seem to find a driver for XP that will get the network card running.  I've downloaded a few off the dell website, but no luck.  Any ideas, other than installing a network card that I know works with XP? Thanks Jeremy
