OpenManage on CentOS 5.1 / PE R200 - Can't Configure Storage Alerts

Hey All,   We run the latest OpenManage with the latest drivers from the Dell SUU cd on a number of PowerEdge R200's.  We run CentOS 5.1 (fully patched) which is essentially RHEL 5.1 with the branding stripped out.  When we install OpenManage we get the following error:   WARNING: srvadmin-storage configuration not performed;'/etc/omreg.cfg' is missing or damaged.   But of course the file is there when I look.  Then when install completes, we can see the drive arrays and storage sections of OpenManage but when we go to configure storage alerts they aren't there.  System alerts are there and work just fine.  I've been working this ussue for close to a month and haven't been able to solve it.  If anyone has any ideas I'd greatly appreciate them.   Regards... Craig Gooding

Hello,   are you running stock or your own kernel on this system?   Some ipmi, dcdbas, dcu and storage driver version incompatibilities might generate these problems I think.   Just my 2 cents...

CentOS seems to have a different opinion about whether CentOS is essentially RHEL or not.
