I think the BIOS and BMC are intact, what we can try is to power down the server and then remove the Raid controller from the server and then power up. If the error doesn't reappear (will get a "No Boot Device" error though) then we can look at the controller being damaged. If the error remains with the controller out we may be looking at a motherboard issue.
