Did you install the chipset driver FIRST (important)?
http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/2684/DriverDetails/DriverFileFormats?DriverId=JH5P3&FileId=2731107460
THEN the network (download and run to extract files, then run C:\broadcom\W2K3_8\Driver_Management_Apps_Installer\setup.exe):
http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/2684/DriverDetails?DriverId=R306483&FileId=2731119251&DriverName=Broadcom%20NetXtreme%20Family%20of%20Adapters%2C%20NetXtreme%20II%20Family%20of%20Adapters%2C%20v.16.2.1%2C%20A02
Other drivers you may need:

OpenManage Server Administrator (management software - download and run to extract files, then run C:\Openmanage\windows\setup.exe):

Do you have network connectivity now? Item 4 (Server Administrator) is unrelated to network/Internet access but it a recommended (and very valuable) tool for managing your server.
If you are just having an issue with Server Administrator, you can download it here:
ftp.dell.com/.../OM-SrvAdmin-Dell-Web-WIN-6.5.0-2247_A01.10.exe
If you are having network issues, then check Device Manager to make sure that it is recognized and working (right-click My Computer, Manage, Device Manager). If everything looks ok in Device Manager, then it is more likely an issue of network configuration.
