Question about PEWA

Several articles have mentioned the PEWA application on the SBS Resource Kit.  I have the SBS 2000 Kit and I can not find it.  Can someone tell me where it is or where I can get a copy?  Instructions for use would be helpful too.

According to Microsoft, PEWA is not in the SBS2000 Resource Kit.

KB article 221977 says "PEWA version 2.0 is included in the Microsoft Back Office Resource Kit or the Exchange 2000 Resource Kit."

pewa /?  shows the following syntax:

Usage:  pewa -d servername -u profile -z days
-d Name of a domain controller in user accounts domain. Mandatory and must be first.
-u Exchange profile name.
Note:  Use quotation marks if there is a space in the profile name.
Note:  The default profile is used if a profile is not specified.
-z Number of days to check the number of accounts expiring within. Default is 7.
