Back up D and E before you install just in case.

During setup you should only select the C drive as the partition you want to re-install the OS onto.

It should not do anything with the D and E partitions unless you tell it to.

Once install is finished, it should then give you D and E as valid partitions you can use.

"At this point how can i re-install OS without loosing my data."

This should help you:

http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/software/win2003/wsr232/en/index.htm

Ideally you would use the  "Installation and Server Management CD" or "Dell OpenManage Server Assistant" that came with the server, it will give you all the drivers needed during the install. Enter the relevant details at the start and it will automate the rest of the process

You do not need to change anything with the Raid array.
Do you have the above CD's?

Google nLite and read up on their manuals. I'd recommend to build a new CD/ISO with Windows 2003 with the latest service pack and the PERC drivers integrated.

You must load the RAID drivers (PERC 6) at F6 from a floppy disk during Windows Setup in order for Windows to be able to see the hard drives.  Since you probably don't have a floppy drive, you can use an external floppy drive OR you can integrate the drivers into the installation media by using nLiteOS.com.  It is very simple to use and a very effective way to integrate drivers and Service Packs into your install media.  Also, the drivers for this hardware will require Service Pack 2 media to install.  Again, if your media doesn't have Service Pack 2, then use nLiteOS.com to integrate it into your installation media.

Once installed, then you can start hunting down the other drivers.

Just know this ... using the Dell installation utility (SBUU or SMTD) will NOT give you the option of installing only on the existing C partition.  It will wipe out the entire disk.  If you are trying to save other partitions on these disks, then you must install directly from [the/a] Windows CD.

I dont know of a video, but there are tutorials on the nLiteOS.com site, and it is very self-explanatory.  Just download and try it ... it is hard to screw it up.
