Reinstall rhel 4 without partition change or format
I have a problem, because I delete /boot files accidentally. I have rewritten with other files from another server, but "kernel panic".
If I boot with redhat disc, sas raid drivers not found, and if i boot with dell sa disc, I think that the system will be repartitioned and formatted.
Some idea?? Of course I don't loose any data.
I don't have floppy to load sas drivers into a boot redhat disk.
Thanks.

I have resolv the problem. RHEL 4 needs megaraid_sas drivers from floppy, but http://linux.mirrors.es.net/centos/5.2/isos/i386/CentOS-5.2-i386-LiveCD.iso can read logical volumes from raid controller PERC5/i perfectly. I have made a backup and reinstall without format any partition.
Thanks
