SBS 2003 Re-install on 2950

I am trying to upgrade a new PE 2950 form Windows ServerR2  Standard to SBS2003R2

It made it to the checklist in windows which has warnings of "Your paging file may be insufficient", and "This computer has more than two Processors". There are currently two in the system. Has anybody else had these come up? I have not tried to ignore the warnings and continue forward.

Also, in disk manager, I am showing 136GB+- instead of 73GBSAS 4 disk array RAID 10 that was previous. Do I have to go back and re-configure the array because of the re-install of windows?

Thanks in Advance

Hello

The processor error you are getting is becaue you most likely have dual core processors with hyperthreading enabled. This means that the operating system detects 8 cpu's and SBS only supports 2 if memory serves. You can try diabling the hyperthreding in the BIOS and see if that helps out.
