SBS 2008 Migration from SBS2003 install issues with Broadcom Network Drivers on Dell Poweredge T310

My migration seems to be going fine until it gets to the point at which it needs to install the network card drivers.  Does anyone know how I can get the drivers to load correctly so that I can proceed with the installation.  Because I am migrating I did not try and use the Dell System disk to pre-install.  Any ideas?
