The following system event warning is being displayed:

This is a simple SBE (single bit error) on your DIMM.  The ECC of the DIMM is fixing the error and Server Administrator is letting you know.  Simple troubleshooting steps:

Swap Dimm 1A and 1B
Boot back into OS and use SA to clear the hardware log
Watch for new errors

If the error return and follow the DIMM then have it replaced.  If it stays with the same slot then you may have a MB problem.

This advise was applied.  Dell has issued replace memory after a testing revealed problems in one DIMM.
