Upgrade to ESXi 4.1 U2 using Dell Customized ISO
I have a R610 running 4.1 U1 that I installed with the Dell customized ISO. I would like to upgrade with the 4.1 U2 Dell customized ISO so that I can upgrade the Dell specific bits too.
I tried upgrading using Update Manager, but it only updates ESXi: not the Dell specific parts. How do I upgrade the Dell specific customizations too?

We are about upgrade ESX 4.0 to ESXi 4.1 (or better ESX if available). Same question here.
I found Dell-customised ISO on VMWare page, however question remains.
I think the only way is purge everything and clean install. Disconnect Your SAN devices while install to avoid installer mistakes (in our case it.. created swapfile and ESX system files on.. SAN storage instead of local storage).
