The T610 supports most of the virtualization types.. It supports Hyper-V, ESX and ESXi, as well as Xenserver. It is all a question of the use and needs for the server, as well as the experience needed with the hypervisors in order to get what you need out of it.

Personally; I'd recommend VMware ESXi. The free version is (virtual machine) memory limited, but it's a whole lot more user friendly and easier to learn than the alternatives (XenServer or a Hyper-V solution).
