Nope, but you can use the evaluation ISO:

Of course it will - I use it all the time. You must do it from the Command Prompt though - you cannot use the Activation page.

I only recommend the genuine setup that can be downloaded from Microsoft Official website. The ISO file for Serve 2012 R2 can be found easily on Microsoft.com.

I'm trying to understand what a PDF file has to do with Windows Server 2012 R2 ISO? Care to enlighten the rest of us?

Sever 2012 is End of Life End of support.
Windows Server 2012 states that Mainstream Support will be provided for five years, or for two years after the successor product (N+1, where N=product version) is released, whichever is longer. Microsoft will also provide Extended Support for the five years following Mainstream Support or for two years after the second successor product (N+2) is released. Current release of Windows Server 2016 and new Release is Server 2019
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14085
To be eligible for support, customers may be required to deploy the latest update. Server 2012 was end of life October 9, 2018.
Server 2016 is end of life January 11, 2022.

That's for a brochure of Windows 2012 R2, not the ISO file.

Hello @FarSeerKing,
Please, check with a different browser, computer or network (maybe is blacklisted in your company network). We do not support Microsoft download site so you might want to consider to ask for that in the Microsoft support forums.
I tried myself and it's working for me. Maybe it was a temporary issue.
Regards.
