Win2k3 Terminal Server and Hanging applications

Hello,

We are receiving the following messages in the Event logs and I would like
to know what we might be able to do to stop them.
All users are Administrators on this Win2k3 TS server but Domain users on
the Domain.

The hardware is a Dell PowerEdge 2600 with Dual 3.06 Xeons & 4 Gigs Ram.
