Windows Server 2003 x64 Edition SP1 and SNMP

Hi everyone,
 
I'm just starting to try out the Openmanage software so please bear with me.
 
I installed the Server Administrator software on a Poweredge 2900, and the IT Assistant software on my workstation.  Problem is, I think I need to enable/install SNMP on the Poweredge machine but I don't seem to have the right dll files. 
 
When I try to add this component, windows asks me for a lmmib2.dll file on my Windows Server 2003 x64 Edition SP1 CD.  The CD does not contain this file.
 
Is there any way to get this and other required dlls??  How did everyone else deal with this?
I've looked on the net but I was unable to find any help.
I'll start reading the Dell docs for now but I don't think I'll find anything this specific.

I've seen that site before but how do I know if that version of lmmib2.dll is ok for use with Windows Server 2003 x64 Edition SP1?

I don't really want to "give it a try" without an answer from a more authoritative source.  The machine is not in a test environment so I don't want risk anything unnecessarily.
 
Anyone know where to go to learn more about these dll files?
