I am having 3 windows 2003 media kits which are recently bought.I tried all of them and it is giving same error. Also these media kits are tested in different machines.
Then your CD drive may be bad ... less common but similar symptoms. You might try a USB CD drive, if you have one ... or swap CD drive with another system.
Another possibility is that one of your hard disks is bad ... Dell's 32-bit Diagnostics can test the drives for you to be sure you are working with sound hardware. A bad disk, for the same reason that the copy fails, could also have been responsible for the OS corruption on your previous installation.

Sounds like your 2003 CD/media is bad. Check for dust or smudges ... may just be damaged.
