installing windows small business server 2003 on SC1425

I have a PowerEdge 1425 that I had previously been using WIndows Server 2003 Standard Ed. 

I am now trying to do a fresh install of Windows Small Business server 2003 for a customer who will now be using the server.  However, the Dell install disk does not support this OS.  I tried doing a direct install, but Windows can't find the hard drive because of the RAID controller.  So I did try downloading the dirver from Dell and put it on a USB drive.  This almost worked, but I got an error saying percsas.sys not found.  I did try to proceed to Windows set up, but it still couldn't find the HD.  I recall in the past when I had a similar problem (because Dell hadn't provided me with the right Installation disk).  I tried doing an OS install with the driver on a flash drive but Windows later on asked for the driver and it wouldn't recognize the USB drive.  So I eventually had to download a full installation disk from Dell.

So I guess the question is, is there a way to install Windows Small Business Server on an SC1425?  Is there an installation disk that includes this OS?
