migration from nt 4.0 to windows server 2003
hello,
we are migrating from an nt 4.0 domain to 2003 ad domain. both domains are up and running behind the same router but different firewalls. i have set up rules on both firewalls to allow access from each. i am still having problems getting the trust relationship setup. 2003 does not recognize the nt domain...any ideas? anything else i need to have set up before this will work? as far as i understand it, 2003 does not need to be running in native mode...it can be in mixed, correct??

I'll stand corrected whihc means this info is coming from some tired brain cells, I believe you will have to upgrade to 2K first then migrate. 2003 should recognize the next latest version of NT but not 4.0. Again, I think this is correct but not completely.
