poweredge 2850 NIC

Question

We recently bought a used 2850 to add to our network.  We scrubbed the drives and loaded a new copy of our volume licensed 2003 R2.  After installation there are no NICs recognized.  I downloaded virtually everything the service tag suggested I do from the downloads page.  Still no go.  How do I ascertain what NICs I have in this server?
