Server Power Edge R610 disc issue/ faulty

Dear Support,

the Server is not able to boot to Windows, it shows the following messages:

*There are offline or missing virtual drives with preserved cache.

*Please check the cables and ensure that all drives are present

*Press any key to enter the configuration utility

I have restarted the Server which does not.

The drive which is on the "1" it selfs gives a tone which is constantly, I have restarted and switched the drives with "0" to "1"

Nothing solved my issue which is very bad, because my Printer Server is installed on it.

Can you please give me some support with this issue?
