Sorry to hear that your Lab Progress is not saving.

Please raise a ticket to the lab team with the below link.

When the link opens click on submit ticket and provide the details of your issue in the ticket and submit the same.

Select " lab setup issue" and give the subject as " Lab progress not getting saved."
