Lab progress is not saving
I am taking a Powerscale Course and my Lab progress is not saving. Whenever i login to the lab it takes me back to lab1 and removes all my progress. This is very inconvenient as i have to do the labs to keep up with the course material.
Please help

Hi Ahmed,
Sorry to hear that your Lab Progress is not saving.
Please raise a ticket to the lab team with the below link.
https://edutechsupport.jitbit.com/.
When the link opens click on submit ticket and provide the details of your issue in the ticket and submit the same.
Select " lab setup issue" and give the subject as " Lab progress not getting saved."
