Are you able to access the management port on the MD3000i? Also did you give the management port a Static IP or is it using DHCP? Need to confirm that they are set to static IP’s as that can cause your issue if using DHCP. Let us know if you have any other questions.
What I would recommend would be to ensure that the firmware on the control modules are all up to date and you may even want to look into the firmware on the switches. I have seen a couple times when those are out of date, some connection issues may occur. Feel free to let us know if you have any further questions.

Hello.
Thanx in advance for the answer.
I am able to access the managment Port on MD3000i. The port has a static IP, and we can access our data with no problem.
The only problems occured the day of the firtst post, and then No other problems till today.
No use of DHCP for theMD3000i configuration.
