Your system was manufactured in the Asia / Pacific region of the globe and I do not have access to that database, but I will assume the drive is connected to the onboard AIC-7899 Scsi controller.
The message "The following boot-start or system-start failed to load: stdat4" usually indicates another driver is conflicting with the device OR there is a hardware problem with the unit not being seen by the Operating System.
1) Have you installed any 3rd party backup software such as ArcServ or BackupExec? If so, uninstall and make sure there are no services running for that software.
2) Is the tape device recognised by the Scsi controller during boot-up? If not, first reseat the cables (at each end) going to the device. If the tape drive is recognised, try upgrading the firmware on the tape device:

First of all, many thanks for your help. I tried the driver refer to your message, but it won't work as well.
So I stay the hardware configuration again and hopefully you could give me more suggestions, thanks
