I've double checked, I have full administrative rights. I've also inserted the username into the privileged user field within the Data Agent application.
Every attempt to manipulate any LUNs returns a caller not priveleged (within the GUI), or can not arbitrate ownership (within storagec).
Thanks for your response. Yes, that is true of my config. The issue has been solved via another thread. I did'nt have username@server as the priveleged user.

Ok, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the data agent. The data agent is now running, and I can see the LUNs.
I now need to address the common issue of not being able to bind/unbind the LUNs, Permission denied, Caller not priveleged.
Any insight would be appreciated.
