Found New Hardware - EuroLogic ESM SCSI Processor Device

We have a Dell PowerEdge 4600 (s/t: CSKFG21) server running Windows 2000 Advanced Server with two PowerVault 210S (s/t's: HE1CE and 9M40F01) units attached to it. All of a sudden, we started receiving the "Found New Hardware" wizard upon reboot, and the hardware that is "found" is the "EuroLogic ESM SCSI Processor Device". The server does not find a driver locally for this device, so I have been clicking "Cancel" and the server continues to operate normally.

 

Why are we receiving this message, and how can I eliminate it?
