How to disable something in bios?

now i found someone with the same problem as mine 'When powering up the PC the toshiba sign comes on screen then remains black wiht the following message on the screen rolling over and over Intel UNDI, PXE 2.1 (build. 082) This product is covered by one of teh following patents eg US5 307 459 etc. For Realtek RTL810LE PXE E61 Media Test Failure, check cable PXE-MOF Exiting PXE ROM' accept i have a dell anyway, their answers were to change the boot order and/or disable stuff. specifically disabling networking. i can figure out how to change the order of boot in Bios. but how the hell do i disable something? i only see disable/enabling stuff under advanced and theres no 'network' there. and what's a typical boot order anyway? i have USB Storage +Hard Drive CD/DVD/CD-RW Drive Removable Devices Network so yeah, if anyone can tell me how to disable the netwok under boot that would be handy (:
