What you can try is to hold in the eject button for about 30 seconds and the drive should reboot and go in to service mode where it should attempt to rewind the tape if needed then should eject it out.  Now that normally can take up to 5 minutes to complete.  If that doesn’t allow for the tape to come out of the drive then what you will need to do is to remove the scsi cable and then hold in the eject button again for 30 seconds & see if it comes out.

Alredy done before, but this way can't help. If I hold eject button red light stop flashing few sec than again starting flashing with error 6

Since you are still getting the red light the only way to get the tape out is to remove it manually by taking the drive apart.
