When you try to change the gateway did you try that from both controllers or did you just try from controller0? If you have tried to change the gateway from both controllers and still getting the same error then I would need to look at a support bundle to see what the issue is as to why it is not allowing you to change the gateway.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
I tried it both ways, doing one controller at a time and doing both at once. Neither worked.
The only way I was ultimately able to get it to work was to configure the network interfaces via DHCP and then change them over to manual. (This was difficult and problematic because our intranet has multiple subnets and the management tool only recognizes the array if the array's management interface is on the same subnet as the client running the tool. Most of the time, the array wound up on a different subnet, so the tool wouldn't see it at all.)
