ML6000 Series Password Reset

Thanks. My question was in regards to a misplaced password and would fall under the "Contacting Dell" section.

this is from the users manual:

The library ships with a default administrative user account. The user name for this account is admin and the password is password. You cannot delete this user account or change the user name, but you can change the password. The default administrative user account is used to perform the initial configuration of the library. If you misplace the password for the default administrative account, contact Support.
