Migrate from one NAS to a another

Question

We have purchased a Powervault 745N to replace an aging NAS we have been running.   Is there a utility that can transfer user, group and folder access permissions from the old one to the new one?   We don't use active directory, it's just a simple stand-alone file server.

That looks good for moving the actual files, but looks like it doesn't copy users and groups?
