Modular Disk Storage Manager - Migrate Inventory
Hi
I am installing the modular disk storage manager software to a new server.
On the old server there is about 30 MD storage units already added.
Is there an easy of adding all of these same units to the software on the new server?
Is there a folder / files that I can copy from the old server. Is there some of export/import option available

Hello CraigAlexander,
When you launch MDSM you can do a scan for MD storage systems and it should find all your MD’s that are on your network. If it doesn’t then you can do a search using the management IP of your MD’s and it will find them.
