Need SMcli command to remove persistent reservation MD3000i

I need to move a virtual drive mapping to another host, when I do, I get an error there is a persistent reservation attached to the virtual drive. I've googled trying to get the command, but the syntax confuses the heck out of me! It seems that what is printed in the manual is not working for me. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. Does anyone have step by step how to use this SMcli command for a MD3000 newbie?

Thanks in advance.

Hello ShawnCCI,

Just wanted to check and make sure that the command that you are using is this one:

clear (allVirtualDisks | virtualDisk[virtualDiskName] | virtualDisks [virtualDiskName1" ... "virtualDiskNamen]) reservations

& for the virtual disk name you put in the name of the virtual disk that has the reservation? Here is the link to the SMCLI guide & if you look on page 95 is where the command is written. ftp://ftp.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_ser_stor_net/esuprt_powervault/powervault-md3000i_Reference%20Guide2_en-us.pdf
