I need to heal the same doubts.
Adding just one more question:
Is the controller running on battery failure?

technically it can be removed and replaced but its not classed as a replaceable part so controller replacement would be the normal step i believe.

i see a lot of these with battery failure and send them away for repair, i believe they just replace the 4 blue capacitors but not 100%

I just encountered the same problem "C2F power module has insufficient hold time", indicating Battery: Failed on active controller. Then I accidentally discovered a possible solution is to press Restart, ie, switching the controllers (active>passive). After the switch over is completed, the failed battery return to GOOD!!! No idea why this fixed the problem, but no harm to try if you guys encountered the same battery failed problem in the future.
